Claim Policy
We strive for safe and secure delivery, but in the event of damage during transit:
Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery (or 12 hours for vehicle transport).
Claims are limited to the declared value in the inventory sheet.
No claims will be entertained for items not listed or valued incorrectly.
We strongly recommend opting for risk coverage insurance.
No compensation for mental stress or inconvenience.
General Instructions for Claims
Ensure accurate value declaration on the inventory sheet.
Inventory sheet will be considered final for any claims.
Risk coverage must be purchased to be eligible for claims.
